  • How long does it take for the medicine to be delivered to the patient?

    The delivery time for medicines is 1 to 7 business days after the request. The delivery time for medicines may vary depending on the recipient's region:

  • How are refrigerated medications stored during shipment?

    Deliveries are made by qualified carriers, who monitor temperatures and the packaging is qualified for storage. When necessary, the carrier is asked to replace the ice in order to ensure that the medicines are always refrigerated.

  • How are orders placed at Special?

    We have a platform dedicated to placing orders, HUBB. The operator has the autonomy to order medications and can monitor their progress in real time. It is also possible to send and receive messages between the operator and Special via email or WhatsApp.

  • How to request reverse logistics?
